Miss Tanzania was the only bald headed Miss Universe 2007 contestants this year - perhaps taking a cue from Britney Spears. At +1150 odds, the folks at BetUS.com believed she had a legitimate shot of landing within the top 5 finalists. It is the first time that Tanzania was to be represented in Miss Universe.
