I was more interested in the left side of the above pic. When I see such growth on population, i don't picture it as people or congestion or crime rate. I see potential business's booming, I see investments, I see jobs, I see standard of life improving... in short I see a lot of money pouring in Dar es Salaam. This is where one should be in 2025....
