Here is a tip, don't fall for the cheapest modem, thinking that you'll get away with it...

You have to consider many factors when choosing the right modem for yourself. Consider the following, first, where are you using this modem, at home or at the office?? If its at home, check with the people among your household what network they use for their mobiles, that way you can figure out the signal strength, the signal cut-off etc... Though its different when using a modem and your mobile phone, it should give you a rough idea and expectations for that particular ISP. Do the same if its for your office.

Last but not least the price of the TARIFF, at this point, the price of the modem should not matter, cause this is an investment for you. You do not want to buy one modem now, and then change just after a month of usage due to poor connection, and expensive tariffs etc... Here is a hint, the tariff prices will keep reducing. trust me on that!!
