‘We are in the business of Value Creation’. Those were
Ikechukwu Kalu’s words as he accepted on behalf of Customer Passion Point
Limited, their appointment as Marketing Consultants for Atemi Data Network (ADN), the Data Network Division of ATEMI
Tanzania Limited, an Applications Service Carrier.
Speaking at the MoU signing ceremony Mr. Douglas Bramsen,
the Chief Executive Officer of Atemi
Data Network, noted that because of ADN’s commitment to its mission to
build a world class infrastructure throughout all the regions in Tanzania, there
was a need to employ the services of Marketing experts to drive demand while
they focused on their core business of providing services which include Internet
Protocol (IP) services, broadband transport, infrastructure services and CCTV
services. He said ‘Our services provide building blocks that enable businesses
and individuals meet their growing demands for advanced communication’.
Mr. Bramsen added, ‘We know where our customers are and we want
to be able to accommodate them at the highest level of customer service and
satisfaction. That is why we saw the need to appoint Customer Passion Point Limited
as our Marketing Consultants to harness the customer information which we have at
ADN and enable us to leverage it to deliver better and specialized solutions to

In his acceptance speech at the ceremony, Mr. Kalu, who is
Managing Partner of Customers Passion Point Limited (CPPL) explained that by
this arrangement, CPPL will develop and implement a focused marketing plan to
connect with Corporate, Residential and SOHO in Tanzania to take them on a
fulfilling and pleasurable experience in data transfer services and internet
connectivity that is provided by Atemi Data Network (ADN) Limited. ‘As usual we
at CPPL are not satisfied until we see our client happy, making profitable
returns on their investment. We are committed to building capacity for ADN by
enabling them understand and leverage the passion points of their customers to
create sustainable value.’

currently available in Dar Es Salaam only but expanding to other parts of
